Oil-resistant Rubber Sheet Technical Details

Oil-resistant rubber sheet (NBR) resists swelling in mineral oil, transformer oil and petrol. Grades 3707/3807 (7MPa) and 3709/3809 (9MPa) per GB/T 5574-2008, thickness 0.5-20mm, service -30C to +100C.

Q：Oil-Resistant Rubber Sheet为什么用了几天就发胀？Why does oil-resistant sheet swell after a few days?

A：多数是Material不对：天然橡胶和三元乙丙都不耐矿物油。耐油应选丁腈 NBR（常规）或氟橡胶 FKM（高温）。Usually a material mismatch - natural rubber and EPDM are not oil resistant. Choose NBR or FKM for hot oil.

Q：丁腈Rubber Sheet能耐多少度？What temperature can NBR handle?

A：常规丁腈 NBR 约 -20℃ 到 100℃（短时 120℃）；高温油Service Conditions建议氢化丁腈 HNBR 或氟橡胶 FKM（可到 200℃）。Standard NBR: about -20 to 100 C (short-term 120 C). For hot oil use HNBR or FKM (up to 200 C).
